During the NA-Government Q&A session, the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, touching upon question of the deputy Zaruhi Batoyan, noted that they positively refer to the idea of the development of Armenia-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary relations. Nevertheless, the Prime Minister reminded that in Sochi trilateral statement the improvement of the existing atmosphere in establishing and developing such ties was highlighted. “We should understand that for the delegates of all our level it is extremely difficult to go and discuss inter-parliamentary issues in the conditions of the very sharp issues, including the availability of the problem with the captives, at least, without recording results in that aspect. It is very important to have appropriate environment for making those discussions efficient,” the Prime Minister stressed.
In response to the next question, Nikol Pashinyan noted that the payments to the diplomats were complied with the UN criteria.
